Willis credited Knicks fans for getting behind the Knicks squad as they dropped to defend Lebron and his 52 points and triple double. When we examine the fans reaction closer we learn something very interesting from the NBA fan base. Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA. NBA fans don’t want to admit it one on one that Kobe is better than Lebron, but in a crowd, like Madison Square Garden, the truth is told. They know, big time game or death match moment, Kobe is better than Lebron. Lebron doesn’t have that killer instinct that Kobe has. Lebron is more Magic and Kobe is more Mike. And although in my opinion, Magic is a more favorite player than Mike, there is no doubt that Mike was better than Magic. Will Lebron ever develop that Jordan/Bryant killer instinct? Maybe. But until he does, Kobe will win over all crowds on the road.
