Eagles-Vikings Game Postponed?

UPDATE: Vikings-Eagles Postponed Until Tuesday; Favre Gets 48 Hours

Here we go again.

Mother Nature could push back the start of another Minnesota Vikings game, according to various reports around the league.

Will it give Brett Favre the opportunity to squeeze in another game this season? This time against high-flying Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles?

Probably not.

At this point, the game remains scheduled for 8:20 Eastern today, according to PhiladelphiaEagles.com. And the NFL has not sent out any official press releases on a postponement as of 11:23 a.m.

According to PhiladelphiaEagles.com no snow has hit the area yet, although Philly is preparing “for a winter storm that could bring up to a foot, if not more, of snow and blizzard-like conditions today and tonight,” according to the site’s Dave Spadaro. “The forecast is for a Nor’easter to hit the area and bring with it a lot of snow, winds exceeding 50 mph and bone-chilling temperatures and wind-chill factors.”
